Hello! I am an accounting PhD candidate focusing on the information economics that underlie the production, dissemination, and use of accounting information. My research particularly examines how accounting information shapes capital allocation and decision-making.
In my dissertation, I leverage granular industry-level pricing data from the Bureau of Labor Statistics to show how product price inflation influences firm fundamentals, and to explore its implications for managers, analysts, and investors.
I am currently completing my doctorate at the University of Washington's Foster School of Business, with an expected graduation date of May 2026. I will be joining the University of Arkansas, Walton College of Business this coming August as a tenure-track assistant professor in accounting.
